Agency owner, Lisa Jacobs-Smith, has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, having served in various positions including Sales Manager and Claims Adjuster. Her commitment to insurance education has earned her the distinguished Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation.

On the personal side, she is a wife and mother who enjoys reading, attending concerts, anything that her children are involved in and travelling.
